      Beyond DISAPPOINTED that I was lead to believe that goods had been posted when the actual tracking was fictitious and never entered Royal Mails system. A full refund was given and that I thank you for but it was for a christening and we couldn’t find a same match of haberdashery tape so this caused a lot of upset.
