I can' t give this transaction a positive rating. It's not the product. That was the replacement part I was looking for. Unfortunately, it took several messages and two shipments to receive all the parts. Was expecting a CRL Awning window operator but I received a Truth Awning operator instead. As fortune would have it, once I removed the old broken assembly, I found out it was also a Truth brand and the exact same unit. How's that for luck?
