Contacted seller due to product not arriving. I was told I shouldn’t have opened case as there is tracking information. However item has not been received and I can see it appears to be in transit but it has taken much longer to get to me that expected.

This is a request to all buyers that when item is in transit and stuck at courier end we always request to wait so please do not rush or get panic to open dispute or leave negative feedback as THIS BUYER DID , we are always with you until the transaction is not completed so allow us to resolve the issue rather then leaving bad comments and penalize seller for courier fault , totally unfair.
