They sent links to two products that would work without any info on doing a refund or exchange. I guess I made a mistake again and ordered what I needed elsewhere and informed them of what I did and of my disappointment with them. The reply from them was that the exchange was not off the table. My reply was that they should have told me that with the last message. So now I'm stuck with this very expensive item
