    A bit of an oddity this one .... Really good quality bridge pins but the shanks were too big for my guitar. Contacted a very understanding with a view to returning these. this got intercepted by a friend of mine who wanted them. An exchange for a good set of strings and a result and all sorted all round I would use this seller again as they were accommodating and put forward alternative suggestions.. very professional

    4 pins were defective contacted the seller and they were replaced without a quibble although they still required the tops polishing to take out some tooling marks (thats my OCD) and adjustment to fit the bridge pin holes which was acceptable as most do
