Clock was delivered 5/13. He contacted me on 5/17. Who had the clock,and where was it, for those 4 days. He fails to show the damaged done to the box in shipping, he doesn't show all of my protective packaging. I told him to file a claim with USPS.He acknowledged the damage and said he would mention that to USPS. Perhaps USPS paid his claim. I later asked him how that went, but he did not respond. He never asked for a return nor refund.
