    Item was not the gray like in the pic. It was more white. I clearly sent a pic showing what I got and the item I thought I was reviving, two totally different colors. The seller got back to me and basically didnt want to resolve the issue and told me how I perceive the gray is totally different from one person to the next. Its so off, its night and day from what I got. So now I have to file a claim to get my $150 back. I do not recommend this seller.

The item you received are the same item in the photos, listing and the Timberland website. As per Timberlands colour description, the boots you purchased are "light grey nubuck". Unfortunately, you perceived them to be a different shade of grey than they are. NOTE: photos included the model number.
