    I ordered the wrong part and ask to replace it with correct part. They don’t make it easy, better off returning the item and get charged 20% restocking fee .. won’t use these guys again

    Customer returned an installed reservoir with installed marks but we were still going to exchange for him. We told the customer, we will have to charge him for a new set of O-rings since he installed them and damaged them. He would have to cover the new o-rings and the shipping cost back to him. Unfair Negative for the customer ordering incorrectly and damaging the product.

    The pump reservoir arrived well packaged and complete. It fit as expected. The only negative was the shipment speed. Shipping was free but very slow.
