Had to get a electrician to hard wire it into the switch board. It is a bit lacking in the heat/flow rate considering the amount of power it can chew ( 35 amp circuit breaker ). I had it installed in my shed for a sink, (dishes and washing hands mainly) so for that it works well (at half of a normal tape flow rate I can have it running at 40 degrees). You could use it for a shower but it wouldn't be very impressive. For the price I got what I need.
