I repeatedly asked for a tracking number through the week and they kept avoiding providing it and instead made up a story about them contacting the carrier and providing a fake picture of a delivery. After this I solidly asked for a tracking number so that I can open a case - they then cancelled my order citing "Buyer Asked to Cancel" which I didn't. Very bad seller, doing shady things. Don't buy from them.
