    thank you so much for the credit refund, I'm truly sorry that this did not workout for me, the description was accurate with the listing. the shipping was good and the packaging was really well pack. for this to have been a big bottle of conditioner the value was good. But it did not have a fresh scent to it like biolage should have. communication was good with the seller.

    I haven't used it yet as I'm still finishing off my old bottle. I opted to write a review for what I do know. This came on time, new without a box, which I was aware of before making the purchase, but carefully double wrapped and with the entire cap taped down ( to successfully) avoid any mishaps .
