definitely fits the video card. But it's missing a little arm that reaches around the edge of the card and screws on to the face. It's clear there used to be an arm on the plate, but it was broken off for some reason. Though that makes it a little bit lest robust, it's still very functional. Can't beat the price. Delivered early too.
