If you are skeptical about purchasing this HPFP, because you represent an independent BMW repair facility and you know how finicky these are AND how important it is to buy only OEM, then you are like me... So far my experience has been positive and this pump worked perfectly on my customer's car, for a fraction of the OEM replacement cost. It does indeed appear to be a rebuilt OEM unit and appears to be just as functional. A++
