The condition of the material didn't all look 'brand new' but this could be because they were shipped in a disintegrating box with no padding at all so the pipe fixtures got roughed up and their original bags were ripped apart. The 'box' smelled very strong of cleaning fluid and half of it looked ripped apart, wet and held together with a lot of tape.
