On expected delivery date of July 25th I checked on the item and saw the seller was on away mode until August 1st. Contacted seller on August 5th asking when item would be shipped, seller claimed the post office lost it before ever even doing an origin scan at time of drop off. Seller canceled the order and refund was issued. Wasted time waiting on item to arrive, setting back timeline on project.Reply from: nmc1961- Feedback replied by seller nmc1961.- Feedback replied by seller nmc1961.this order was shipped the very same day the order was received however the product was lost in shipment and we did refund the buyer the full amount of the expense although we did not get a refund from UPS .We came out losing the value of the product plus shipping.
