Perfect for a small first aid kit. I use mine for backpacking. Large enough for my fat fingers to get yhtough, sharp edges and good points for give work. There is nothing to protect the folded scissors and they have a sharp pokey point as a result, I simply use a small length of hot shrink electrical tubing, ehich works fine.
