I had to force the bolt into the correct position to engage the clamp as it was pushed up and seized in the upright position. After working on it for 10 min to free it up and utilize the clamp, I noticed it was too small for the isx I had bought it for (maybe a cummins 330 engine? but not for an ISX) I believe I was sold a second or returned clamp not new.
