    The skirt was up for auction. I bid. I won. The seller contacted me to say that they could not sell the skirt for the price I had won it at, so the sale to me was "canceled" by the seller. I won it fair and square and the seller went back on the deal. I contacted EBAY but so far have not heard anything. The seller seems to think that this is an okay thing to do but it is unethical and I am bummed I didn't get this beautiful skirt that I won in auction!!!!!!!
