I have one for remotes in bedroom and one for my scissors, seam ripper, glasses, and other sewing notions on the table between my serger and sewing machine. The leather bottom helps it stay in place.

I ended up donating the original one and have ordered another case from seller. VERY HAPPY with this seller!
