No scratches on the screen, the system performed excellently. I did have an issue with the battery as it was draining very quickly. I reached out to the seller, and he was happy to give me a $40 refund so that I could purchase a new battery for my client. Perfect customer service, as things do happen out of everyone's control. My client is extremely happy with her device.
