LOL, this buyer is something else that's for sure. Buyer was told to open up a return, which they chose not to do, why because there was no issue. Buyer sent photos of his old unit with broken bulbs and expected me to just refund him. Sorry, doesn't happen. Again, buyer was told to open a return and they did not.
This buyer has been added to my blocked list, highly suggest other sellers do the same. Extremely difficult buyer to work with.
