Projection is only straight forward or back. If you can read the time from bed the projection is at 90 degrees to your natural sight. With my pervious projection clock, 20 plus years old, had the feature to spin the reading up to 180 degrees so the reading was in your natural sight line!!. Look for the spin feature.
