Finally after 3 weeks (9 May - 1 June) I had waited enough, to submit 'not received' report and was simply refunded with no comms, which was really annoying. Drop box seller from a bedroom no doubt, waste of time and effort. Rubbish seller and frankly I would not bother with them when others are available...

But the file format being run as a virtual machine makes it very difficult to install and use. Had I known this in the beginning I would have went a different direction. Also seller is apparently sleeping while I'm working so the time delay in communication didn't help things either.
