Battery is also good, I fully charged it 2 days ago, and I left it (connected to my phone) on my desk. Now shows 62% (seem long lasting, as good as my TicWatch pro 3, though much better looking than my TicWatch).The leather strap is good, not as fancy as it looks in the pictures. I like my TicWatch band better for the looks but the snug feels better here on Samsung watch 3.

Our mail courier had mishandled the delivery and the tech1store wrote back-and-forth to me as soon as I wrote to them. They were patient and incredibly kind about a mistake that they had nothing to do with. They tracked my package all the way to the mail carrier who completely misplaced it. I will absolutely trust them again and will use them for all of our Apple replacement needs. Their customer service is incredible.
