Cancelled order claiming they had no stock, then increased the price on the listing and still showing in stock on their website. They did this on 3 other orders, one they increase from £45 to £99 on the listing! They got very defensive when I asked why they lied about having no stock and then resisted for double to the price. Its a shame as I thought I found a good supplier, but the customer service needs some work.

We were unable to supply this customer under the guidelines of the Metropolitan Police's Project Genesius:Specialist Printing Equipment and Materials (Offences) Act 2015The bill became law on 26th April 2015. The law makes it illegal to sell specialist printing equipment without any due diligence.The buyer did not pass due diligence checks and could not be supplied due to our agreement with the Metropolitan Police. The buyer's feedback itself shows why we made the decision not to supply.

The follow up from this company beggars belief, but unsurprising I guess. They even admitted they prices went up, yet now they resort to making libellous comments rather than own up. Definitely not the sort of eBay seller to do business with.
