ARTICLE 8 - REMBOURSEMENT

8.1 - Les remboursements des produits dans les hypothèses visées aux articles 5,6 et 9 seront effectués dans un délai inférieur ou égal à 30 jours après la réception des produits en retour à nos locaux. Le remboursement s'effectuera au choix de MOTODAK par crédit sur votre compte bancaire, crédit sur votre compte Paypal ou par chèque bancaire adressé au nom du client ayant passé la commande et à l'adresse de facturation. Aucun envoi en contre-remboursement ne sera accepté quel qu'en soit motif.

8.2 – En cas de retour d’un produit, s’il s’agit d’un retour suite à une erreur logistique provenant de MOTODAK, l’échange sera effectué contre le modèle initialement commandé si et seulement si l’article est neuf, dans son emballage d’origine et n’a jamais été utilisé ni monté.

En cas de retour dont l’erreur serait imputable au client, MOTODAK proposera l’échange avec un autre modèle. En cas de demande de remboursement, celui-ci sera effectué conformément aux conditions suivantes : seront déduits du montant total payé par le client le montant des frais de port ainsi que 20% correspondant aux frais de remise en stock.

8.3 - Les avoirs édités MOTODAK sont uniquement valable dans la boutique MOTODAK et dans un délai de six mois à réception du code d'avoir. Pour utiliser votre avoir, il vous suffit d’inscrire le code fourni par MOTODAK lors de la confirmation de votre commande dans la case prévue à cet effet, en prenant soin de cliquer sur le bouton « appliquer la réduction ». Le client est alors automatiquement redirigé vers la confirmation finale de la commande, et la réduction est appliquée au montant total du panier d’achat.
