    Every valve is individually packaged then bagged per set. Then placed in a double padded package. We have been shipping these for over 15 years with no complaints.The packaging is safe, or we would not ship this way. To be boxed, you would be paying about $10 more. So sorry you weren't satisfied with the shipping package. However, the parts, shipping time and cost were all GREAT!!! Your business is greatly appreciated!
