It has past the estimated arrival date and I still haven't received the item. I bought this from Japan. The item departed the US and arrived in Japan once but it went passed Japan to New Zealand and according to the tracking update, the item is back in Japan now to be delivered to my address in Japan. The route that my item is going through is ridiculously inefficient.
