I love the looks and the quality of this bracelet. BUT, it’s supposed to be adjustable and it’s not. I can’t get it over my hand to slip it on either. I’ve even tried to untie the knot to see if I can adjust it and I’m unable to do that. I’m really bummed. I hope this seller will get back to me so we can get this resolved.
