Hovering between neutral and negative, then whether to leave feedback at all. I do feel it's fair to detail my experience.The cons outweigh: long waiting for order even knowing seller schedule; very, very slow and frustrating message response; an error for one towel. While deciding how to correct, I then found the towels all different sizes! To return or re-order all promised more of the same negatives, so I'm leaving this feedback instead and will not do further business. Sorry, Laura

Buyer did not mention they asked for various colors of towels—all of which cannot be purchased from one company to make them on hence different size towels go with different colors requested (pink,purple, etc) time frame is marked in all listings 15-20 days post payment to make and ship. Message response time is within 48 hours as I work 12 hour shifts as a nurse and am not on my phone everyday to reply. Work with all customers just talk to me -never said same brand or would of said can’t do
