I had to look up a video to show me how to fix the issue. I did notify the seller and they responded and said we would figure it out together, I just did it on my own. The issues I have is it took the full 3 days to be shipped, when I messaged the seller, they were out of label paper. USPs is horrible, it took 6 business days to get it, only 2 states away!!
