To be fair, that was expected because seller shipped from CA to FL and it's summer time. However, seller guaranteed good arrival condition when I asked directly, and it did worked. Bacteria was alive and cycled my tank in 2 days. Just make sure to be at home when you receive the item to immediately put it in the refrigerator. Great buy, amazing seller!
