    The item looks exactly like in the photos, down to the hairpiece in the hair. The shipping time was great, they shipped same day I think, if not then the day after. As for value, I do think that it wasn't the best deal, but it wasn't overpriced either! It was just standard for the item. The packaging was good, nothing arrived broken, though it may be best to consider bubble wrapping or something in the future for extra protection. I only say that bc I have had similar items break from no wrap.
