    The shipping was fast for a holiday week. The packaging was adequate for maximum protection. The item was as described new but unfortunately it was also defective. I found out the the date was not adjusting and I was unable to open the back to check the movement. I will need to ask my watchmaker if he can open the back to determine if repair is possible. I’ve already contacted the seller and requested a return/refund that was accepted. The seller was very apologetic and offered a full refund.
