    The lamp arrived well packed and in great condition as described. I asked the seller for a refund on any overage of the very high shipping costs and i didn't receive a refund or even a response. No communication. That's very frustrating. The did finally arrive after it took awhile to ship. I am happy with the lamp, which I guess is the main point.
