    I reminded the seller to pack the collectable figure well before they sipped it out. They responded 'of course' and then shipped it in a thin plastic bag without any padding what so ever. 'Of course' it arrived messed up with the joints super loose and claws bent. I had to buy the same item again from someone else. Seller then took no accountability for the issue nor was willing to pay for return shipping and proceeded to block me as though I'm the problem and I am at fault. Terrible.
