It came in exact description as of photos, exact condition. It works perfectly too, except the CD drive likes to retract on its own after opening, but you can get around it by just double pressing the CD tray button. Not worried about it at all. Seller also accepted my offer immediately, and I think I got a pretty d*mn decent deal. 10/10 would and will buy again.
