It was sold as the model with the stainless base (11300), and even put in that box, however it was flaking when I received it, indicating it was probably the cheaper plated base (11100). It was also advertised as having the blade and gear replaced, however they were both obviously used, and the gear was rusty. The seller offered a refund, which he did honor.
