    The items, which arrived quickly, were wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in a plastic mailer. The hoops are as described and photographed: new. The seller posted two pictures of the hoops with their tags and one magnified picture of the tightening device. A closeup photo of the back of the tag would have been helpful as well. However, I was happy to find that these hoops had been manufactured in Taiwan, not in mainland China. The shipping price was reasonable.

    The candleholder was just as described. It was wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in packing peanuts. It arrived intact, as the seller took great care to bolster against the violence of transit. Price was great as some of the alternatives were almost twice the cost. It was an off-holiday gift for friend. Their's was accidentally broken. This was a nice surprise.
