This episode of PBS's AMERICAN EXPERIENCE series explores John and Abigail's complex relationship through readings from their over 1000 letters; interviews with historians David McCullough, Joanne Freeman, and Joseph Ellis; and dramatic re-creations starring actors Simon Russell Beale and Linda Emond.
