Less than 5 stars for shipping because the item was thrown loosely in a small cardboard box the size of a book but w/ absolutely no protective wrapping whatsoever. Item arrived undamaged since it is all metal, but flopping around inside the delivery box & had broken loose from its case. For a $40+ purchase, a customer should expect far better packing AND a tracking number.
