    The value of this item was perfect after having to diagnose what fried from the lightning strike that hit my house. It appeared new and was packaged in a way that protected it. Very good quality and fit perfectly. The only issue I had was one of the mounting screws wasn't drilled out. I just popped the cover off and put the cover from my fried PSU on the new one.
