Whoever packed this has no business touching sharp items. I will be spending the next hour cleaning up the packing debris that blew all over the house before I take this unit to be serviced/cleaned. The pictures do not even do it justice as the material rubbed against the grill and the unit is full of this stuff. Nothing at all professional about this transaction. I would never purchase from this place again.
