Secondly, no proof of missing items or anything was ever sent. Thirdly, as a gesture of goodwill, you were offered a 10% partial refund or a very generous 20% credit on future purchases, which you ignored and then got angry. Fourthly, you didn't open a claim. Lastly, you then went on to incriminate yourself saying you had modified the item already and so couldn't return it. Well done.
