    The lamps were meticulously wrapped and the seller even included light bulbs. The first lamp was perfect and I was dismayed when I turned the second on that the top was cracked and had a hole. There were no broken pieces in the packaging, so I have to think the seller was aware of the condition of the lamp top. I contacted the seller twice and haven’t heard back. I would like a refund for the second lamp.

    Both lamps were intact. They were wrapped in bubble wrap and nested in packing paper each in their own box. Those 2 boxes were then packed in a larger box to ship. If they were damaged in shipping, the broken pieces would have been in the bubble wrap. Buyer did not send pictures of packaging. I did attempt to send a refund when she contacted me on 10/2, but apparently made an error and it did not go through. The 2nd communication from the buyer was the negative feedback. Refund given.
