Packaging was outstanding - box was waterproofed, it took about 15 minutes to carefully remove all the protective shipping materials, product was in excellent condition. Shipping arrived on time. Nothing worse than paying good hard to come by money for an antique item and shipping, only for it to be tossed in an old Sandwich bag with a hole and envelope, id est no box or padding.
