      Packing was terrible. XL Coach bag was rolled up and stuffed into a too-small plastic mailer. Bag arrived creased and damaged. Seller charged almost $27 to ship the one item (Coach bag) and then used the slowest possible shipping method. It took TEN days to ship from FL to MA. Bag was misleadingly described as "almost new condition." Bag had defects not described in listing and smelled musty. Bad value, bad quality, bad appearance. Zero communication. BAD SELLER.

      The bag had a small defect which was noted in the listing. If the bag was damaged please allow me to report this to the post office so you can be refunded your money. There was no musty odor. All my bags are kept in a bag to protect them and in air conditioning. I did not receive any communication on this which has me baffled. Please let's make things correct. Please send photos of the damage and defects you are claiming. Thank you.

      My review could have been even harsher. I could have posted pictures of the horrible packaging. I also could have posted pictures of defects that were NOT described in the listing. One MAJOR DEFECT YOU DID NOT DISLCOSE is a tear in the bag along the side seam. That damage was NOT caused by the post office during shipping. And the bag DID smell musty. You did not reach out to me directly to try to resolve the issue.
