Then I was accused that the item was not their item despite 4 pictures I sent showing the stain with the hole & matched the sellers pictures of he same stain. Poor communication and has not resolved the issue and is stalling on the return, being obstructive once the issue was pointed out. eBay will have to get involved as the seller is unresponsive.
