Replacing them was fairly easy as well, though they are straight cut around the mounting holes so they fit kind of snug. They still feel like very high quality metal (probably aluminum) and just as premium as OEM Yamaha. But such a visual upgrade over original, these look sleek and classy. I also really enjoy how short they are, requiring only a couple fingers to pull. 10/10 product!
