It’s got all the snaps, and most of the shock cord is till present and in decent condition (I thrashed them on the one I was issued). There are a few pinholes in it; which is a little disappointing; but they’re nothing some riggers tape won’t fix. It’s a perfectly serviceable piece; and I’m even thinking about getting a second one
